Orders and acceptance

When you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email, a binding agreement is formed between you and Aussie Mel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing or product error, or when an item is out of stock.

Prices

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required, unless stated otherwise. We take care to display accurate prices, but errors can occur. If a price is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order.

Payment

Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. See our Payment Options page for accepted methods.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, customs handling or peak periods.

Returns, refunds and change of mind

Your rights regarding returns and refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that our products are of acceptable quality and match their description.

Product information

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and product batches. Product images are for illustration purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aussie Mel is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs handling or events of force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Aussie Mel and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
