Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing info@telyza.com. Order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your enquiries are not marketing and will still be sent.

You may see Telyza ads on other websites, including Google. You can manage or turn off personalised ads from Google at myadcenter.google.com, and you can block advertising cookies in your browser settings.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep. Email info@telyza.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records to meet our legal and tax obligations.
